The Spirits[1][2] are a pair of identical minifigures introduced in 2020. They are officially part of the 18+ Creator Expert theme, although their lore is based upon Adventurers.
Description
Each Spirit is comprised of entirely white pieces. Their torso and skirt pieces are unprinted. Their heads are printed with dual-side facial expressions, one being a grin reminiscent of the Ghost from Castle and the other being a frown reminiscent of the Ghost from Monster Fighters. Rather than using a glow-in-the-dark shroud draped over the figure like these previous ghosts, the Spirits simply have a white hood piece.
Background
Two spirits from beyond were accidentally summoned by Baron Samuel von Barron when he attempted to use the Resonator to harness the Re-Gou Ruby's power. Fortunately, these spirits are friendly.[2] They are referred to as "spooky ghosts" in the designer video,[3] and the CGI video shows the two spirits flying around Manor von Barron's tower.[4]
In Brick or Treat!, the spirits are portrayed as two girls wearing ghost costumes while trick-or-treating on Halloween night. They build skateboards using the pieces given to them by Dr. Brickenstein.
