Scutter is a Legends of Chima minifigure released in 2014. He is part of the Scorpion Tribe.

- His name is a play on Cutter and Scorpion.
- Scutter also refers to the way most insects move.
- Scutter is similar to the Scorpion Man of Akkadian mythology.
- While his bio claims he isn't very smart, he displays more intelligence in the Legend of Chima Animated Series than Scrug. While not as smart as Scorm, he appears to be more pragmatic. Such was demonstrated in "The Legend Thief" when he questioned his king's decision to make a statue of "The Great Scorpion in the sky" rather than building their fortress.
